- Intake: $150.00 initial hour and a half, includes intake and assessment
- Regular Session: $120.00 per 55 minute session

Co-payments and coverage vary plan to plan and having insurance does not guarantee Mental Health coverage
We are happy to bill your insurance company if possible. In order to bill your insurance we require the following information at your first appointment:
1. Your deductible amount and if you have met it
2. Date your current plan expires
3. The rate of which your insurance reimburses for individual outpatient mental health services
4. If you have a co-payment or pay a percentage (coinsurance), and the amount of your co-payment or coinsurance
*Without this information we are unable to bill your insurance, and you will be expected to pay the full fee at time of service*
